His Indwelling Spirit Ministries was founded on Thursday, August 25, 1994 as Rev. Bob
A. Elliott heard from the Lord to "Feed My Sheep" once again.
Bob L. Elliott provided song service and Carolyn Phillips,
Bob L.'s fiance, was appointed administrator.
His Indwelling Spirit Ministries birthed "On the Road", a ministry of
travel, around the Central Ohio USA area, Cleveland, Ohio USA, Louisville, Kentucky USA, Nashville, Tennessee USA, Homestead,
Florida USA, and London UK, ministering to the hurting and needy.
September 1998, the Lord purposed a greater need
for His Indwelling Spirit Ministries...On the Road. Divinely appointed was For Heaven's Sake Ministries, an 18-wheeler ministry
to be prepared, readied, and birthed in 2007. This ministry will haul non-perishable loads to destinations across the United
States, ministering along the way.
